Zero G Performance Method of Training
The Zero G performance method of training is our proprietary training method, which has been developed and used to train professional athletes for over 10 years. When we first sought out to train the worlds most elite athletes we analyzed the breakdown of the strength and conditioning programs that they had used in the past. These were more traditional programs that have been used and developed for many years. These methods are outdated and antiquated. With the addition of science based training, we have a proven method of sports conditioning that is going to revolutionize the way elite strength and conditioning trainers approach training their athletes.
For years athletes athletic programs were periodized and separated into categories which consisted of power movements, speed and agility, strength, metabolic conditioning, and core. In a game situation your body can not differentiate between these categories. Compounding this method with high intensity EPOC training, we train our athletes to perform at the highest level and be able to succeed when other athletes fail in the last two minutes of the game.
